Booking policy

When making appointments of two hours or longer, you may need to pre-pay 25% of your booking.
If you have booked in for a package you may need to pre-pay 50% of that package.

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel an advance appointment please advise us at least 48 hours prior to your booking time. If your appointment was made within 48 hours of the booking time we need to be advised at least two hours prior. Your courtesy allows us to keep our day running smoothly to benefit all of our clients.

Late arrival Policy

If you are late for your appointment you may lose time off that service/treatment. In some cases you may need to reschedule your appointment.

No-show Policy

If you do not keep your appointment and have a gift voucher you may lose 25% of the value of the voucher.
